Dale Timmons is a registered geologist / hydrogeologist with over 25 years’ experience in hazardous and nuclear waste management, remediation & recycling technology development, rock mechanics geotechnical/groundwater assessments, expert testimony, forensics analysis, project management and business development.Dale has led and/or played a leadership role in two waste technology start-ups and spearheaded the commercialization and globalization of ARI Technologies Thermochemical Conversion Technology (TCCT): a technology that he invented and patented. TCCT has been successfully used to destroy asbestos, contaminated asbestos, PCBs, and other organic contaminants. It has also been successfully used to immobilize toxic metals, and for research into the immobilization of radionuclides.Mr. Timmons has been responsible for waste technology deployment initiatives including the licensing and deployment of Dense Slurry System technology in North America and developing power plant life management and decommissioning programs for NAES Corporation, one of the world’s largest power management companies for power generation services.He has also led thermal technology (vitrification) development and commercialization, remedial program management, remedial design, and treatability testing on numerous programs for Superfund, the U.S. Department of Energy, private industry and entities in Europe, Asia and Australia; and conducted remedial actions involving asbestos, PCBs, dioxin, VOCs, SVOCs, petroleum, toxic metals and radiological waste.Mr. Timmons has developed and prosecuted worldwide patents for asbestos destruction/recycling and for recycling of lead from lead-based paint waste.Through his career, Dale has been called upon to lead or participate in various public relations and permitting activities involving air, water and land contaminated with hazardous and/or radioactive waste. His forensics assessments and expert testimony has, without exception been successful in identification of incident root causes and his testimony has always resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients.Mr Timmons holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geological Sciences and professional registrations.
