Working as cover for the Business Analyst, i was in charge of updating and reporting expenditure and profit margins for the weekly report and quarterly reviews. Dealing closely with the Financial Controller

I had the responsibility of duplicating the data for a running ledger in excel to co-ordinate data from Sage 200.This was initially done by exporting data from sage and copying data manually. during my time at this role data interrogation and analysis became vital time saving resources when dealing with customers over the phone and developing models for departments when required by my managers.Data also had to be cleaned when received as an EDI file before it could be transferred into the out ledger software.
