Launched a managed service in the West Michigan area. Developed a team of sales representatives to provide managed services to local companies that were not in a position to have a full time IT staff member on board. Working with our nationally recognized NOC (Network Operations Center) we provided Managed Services to over 10,000 pcs in hundreds of disparit systems.
