My university professor once described me as “born to lead”. I take pride in having improved the performance of my 32- team members by 80%. I also enjoy employing my analytical and assessment skills that make me successful in recruiting 500+ eligible and suitable clients to several services and programs. Empowering others is another skill that I am proud of. One of my trainees said:” You have a peculiar way of influencing and energizing us; I will always remember your encouraging positive words.” If I may describe myself, I would say I am an effective agent of change.Over the last 20 years, I’ve played the role of change agent by using out of the box ideas. I initiated the silent way to improve the writing skills, role playing to train staff on empathy and sympathy, diversion, and inclusion. I use drawing competitions and finish the scenario methods to promote better ways for customer service. Despite the different work environment in Canada and abroad, I have always proved myself to be initiative, empathetic, patient, resilient, deliberate, observant and flexible.I have worn many hats in my career: teacher-trainer, team leader, training and professional development specialist, curriculum designer, recruiter, facilitator, career advisor, employment consultant and co-author of textbooks.I know how to smoothly build trustworthy relationships and foster collaboration with different stakeholders: managers, coworkers, youth, refugees, new immigrants, adult students, professional women, and new Canadians.I enjoy travelling around the world, getting to know people, community engagement, learning languages, sports, and arts especially theatre acting.I love making new professional acquaintances.
