Currently, I'm an Employment Consultant at ACCES, where I'm supporting pre-arrival newcomers in their journey of finding meaningful employment within Canada.I have 4+ years of experience ranging from soft-skills training, campus recruitment, human resources administration and employment services. My experiences have allowed me to build expertise in facilitating workshops, trainings and public speaking. I have also successfully managed long-term partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, using interpersonal skills and relationship building.
