Governance on Network Development CapEx activities:• Manage Network Development budget to achieve CAPEX target • Perform regular Capex / Opex analysis and recognize and identify any potential efficiencies• Governance on Capex / Opex actualization reports across departments to meet the forecasted monthly budget• Achieve homogenous and appropriate spending across the fiscal yearWarehouse handling/Equipment stock follow up:• Manage the inventory working capital along with the Finance to maintain the business cash flow• Implement regular audit on warehouse stock to ensure minimum stock availability.• Perform regular stock warehouse balance report highlighting any risk that might effect regular rollout activities or hit financial KPIsVendor management and Ordering equipment:• Plan/forecast equipment order based on the network site target • Equipment order based on the company strategic plan , annual, quarterly targets• Monitor stock availability and equipment consumption• Track equipment delivery with the vendor by ensuring the timely flow of production plans highlight any delays impacting network rollout plan • Plan along with the procurement the warehouse space availability to ensure storage capacity• Perform regular warehouse clean up activity to get rid of obsolete equipment stock. Project Management / Business Improvement• Manage all projects and cross functional activities within Network Development • Improve departmental workflow by implementing procedures defined and agreed upon among technology department• Identify potential cost saving within Network Development and work on realizing them.
