Turn dreams into reality is my passion. For as long I can remember I wanted to help people see their ideas come true, so I went for a design career helping people put words images to something they cannot describe. For 12 years, I worked as a web designer talked with my clients about their image what they want to tell the world and this was the difference, I listened and discussed with them so their vision is applied to the designs delivered to them. As a designer, I learned and used number of skills analysis, communication, planning, selling and decision making and managing cross-functional Teams but the most important thing I learned that we deal with people you cannot ignore the human factor.In addition, you have to be a good influence, motivating all around you; teams, clients, and managers to be their selves and become the best versions they want to be.With more experience, I wanted to use my passion to help managing and flourish my company. I use the big picture perspective to talk with high management and I do not ignore the beauty of details and explaining where it fit on the big picture to my teams. For me design and management are the same you have to plan carefully, dream big, and reduce the gap between reality and dream.
