Its initial major challenge was to revise and integrate the business processes of the merged organizations and implement the new European McSherry regulation.As a business analyst, I was responsible for defining business rules based on new regulations and describing the new 'end-to-end' process chains. Prior to this, as an employee of LASER and process designer for grant regulations, I modeled and adjusted various regulation-specific processes. I was part of a small team responsible for an enterprise-wide analysis of all primary processes, creating a unified process model for all operational departments.
