Current position is to ensure that our drop population is able to return and graduate from their program successfully. This process has many moving parts to their file as I have to ensure I utilize my critical thinking skills to understand the student and their situation in full details before they are able to proceed with reentry. Many other departments will be involved in the students ability to return as collaboration and communication is extremely instrumental in advising this population in the best way forward.

Nurses that obtained their BSN through GCU for their hospitals can now understand the outcomes of better job satisfaction, safer for nurses and patients and potential for upward mobility in Nursing leadership. Magnet hospitals require their leadership to have a BSN in order to benefit their future funding from the state and federal entities.
