My previous company (Aumni) was acquired by JPMorgan. I came on as a Tech Lead Software Engineer and grew to a position to manage and guide a team of engineers. Primarily manage the Scenarios Team - a team that builds and creates a series of calculations to automate scenarios of investing in new rounds of funding as well as exit waterfall payouts for JPMorgan's venture and private equity customers. Led multiple initiatives to success and develop engineers to help with their career growth. Work cross functionally with stake holders to create both technical and product guidelines for engineers.

As tech lead, coached team of engineers to work on a variety of features, but primary feature was the Scenarios tool (a series of calculators that forecasts out figures of potential investment rounds and exit value estimates). Joined in 2019 as part of Traeger's first in house web team. My objective upon hiring was move from jQuery based platform managed by a third party, to a new headless CMS based e-commerce platform. In 14 weeks the platform went from concepts to a fully headless website with a team of myself and one other developer.
