I lead a team of 12 people and we achieved:• Increased revenues and absolute gross margin from Personal Training2012-2013 and 2013-2014.• Increased cost efficiency in group training (lower cost per class participant) while increasingnumber of unique users.• Successful implementation of several new products, including a member introduction programand the launch of an upgraded mobile app.

I lead McKinsey teams in 5 projects in Sweden and internationally, including:• Turnarounds of two separate consumer electronics companies, in both cases addressing both the commercial side (revenue generation) as well as cost optimization, working directly with the management teams in rapid corporate transformations • Strategy and business process optimization for two separate public sector clients in Sweden, during which my teams introduced lean service operations principles and advised on how to carry out multi million dollar projects more cost efficiently.Additionally, as a team member it took part in 10+ projects in as many countries, e.g.:• Profit optimization for companies in industries such as retail and the airline industry. I was in charge of the financial model focused on operational/headcount savings.• Acquisition due diligences on three target companies within the consumer electronics industry. I analyzed future market development, competitive position and synergies.• Management of the Program Office in a reorganization effort for a global Pharma company, focusing my work on finding the optimal org structure across 5 continents.
