• Implementing and maintaining logistic management policies, systems and procedure.• Co-ordination and overall responsibility of project logistics, ensure follow-up of procedure to the emergency context, guidelines and policies for the management of procurement, vehicle fleets, IT and security.• Develop and maintain warehouse systems and ensure that stock management systems are implemented throughout the program. Monitor projects stock levels and advise on appropriate stocking and replenishment to meet project demands.• Ensuring management of vehicle fleets is in line with HI standards; ensure appropriate allocation and safe use of vehicles throughout the program and ensure accountability with particular reference to fuel consumption.• Develop the logistical aspects of the emergency preparedness plan, in coordination with the Senior Management Team, and train logistic staff in managing emergencies. Provide specific Logs training for staff managing emergencies.• Management of fleet and logistics related contracts for goods and services. Support the implementation of the security management plan for the HI Bangladesh program through providing adequate transport planning and support.

Sourcing of products, collecting quotation as per approved PSR.• Prepared summary bid analysis for purchase trough quotes. Timely delivered request items to the applicant with good quality.• Collected invoice, arrange payment with finance department.

Responsibilities:• Paying field visit and collect data from the beneficiaries in the Refugee camps and host communities• Conducting survey to find out extremely poor population, SAM, MAM and 70 old aged.• Regular survey on Lactating and pregnant women. Identifying of malnutrition children by door to door visit• Supervising and monitoring the community kitchens • Regular Communication with Majhi and other community Stockholders
