Managed programs funded from recognized donors such as USAID, ECHO, CDCS, and UNICEF, with an overall budget of USD 25 million.

• Executed the operational strategy of the program across the northern regions Ninewa of the country, encompassing Mosul, Telafar, and Sinjar.• Managed a smooth transition from an emergency phase to a resilience and development phase, involving a comprehensive reshaping of resources, both human and logistical. This transition also involved the strategic recruitment of key personnel.• Strengthened local partnerships within the implementation areas and actively identified new potential partners, including local NGOs and Civil Society Organizations.• Acted as the organization's representative within the area of intervention, establishing meaningful connections with local authorities, community leaders and stakeholders.• Oversaw the implementation of a multifaceted program, including Victim Assistance (physical rehabilitation and Mental Health Support), Armed Violence Reduction with a focus on risk education, civil society empowerment, and social cohesion.Managed programs funded from recognized donors such as UNMAS, GAC, DFAT, EUMADAD, IHF, and NMFA, with an estimated budget of USD 3 million.
