Together with this information, I partner with leaders at all levels throughout the business to better understand their team’s compensation packages, and ensure that Flock is enabled to win and retain the best talent. I am committed to blending competitive reward offerings and transparent practices, in order to fundamentally change the way we all think about compensation in the workplace.Prior to taking on Flock’s new Total Rewards function, I scaled our People Analytics and Recruitment Operations functions in addition to building an advanced instance of our HRIS platform.
