Benefits Analyst
CurrentConduct analysis and evaluation of ancillary benefit programs, including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health insurance, to ensure contract alignment with organizational objectives.Communicate with carrier partners to design, implement, and administer ancillary benefit plans.Develop and maintain strong Broker relationships, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and contract management.Monitor regulatory compliance and industry best practices related to ancillary benefits, recommending adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary.
