"Don't Think. Breathe." started as an audio journal of sorts where I recorded interesting ideas and passions that are mainly based around developing better mental health for myself and others, through a variety of different health modalities. However, I began having guests on my podcast and discussing topics related to mental health, healthy self-expression, community, spirituality, and many other related topics and have had a blast so far!I've had so many interesting conversations with insightful & inspiring people and am thankful for all my guests. As a right-of-way agent working for cathedral, I was responsible for outreach of landowners in a 100k acre span area in West Texas during the development phase of a wind energy project. I was responsible for finding contact information for the landowner, approaching, explaining the terms and financials of the easement agreement, answering questions, and ultimately bringing the landowner to an agreement with the energy company. I was also responsible for logging all landowner information and interactions in systems such as Salesforce and Sharepoint and often used Excel to compile landowner information for prepping easement agreements.
