 Managing Overall Warehouse activities. Ensuring service levels are maintained for both external and internal customers. Providing direction and decisions to the team in managing do to day Operations of Warehouse.  Conducting periodic physical verification of stock, like perpetual & cycle counting and sort out discrepancies if any.  Maintaining the FIFO systems and checking controls on different stock levels according to their distribution. Overseeing Indenting and Planning of Raw Materials. Ensuring implementation of SOP's at Warehouse. Ensuring compliance with warehousing process and norms by all team members. Managing local dispatches and Export & Import Reviewing and analyse reports and MIS periodically and highlight concern area and possible solutions to senior management.

 Generating the receipt & issue of BOM & Non BOM items and define standard check list/procedures for them. Conducting periodic physical verification of stock, like perpetual & cycle counting and sort out discrepancies if any.  Scrutinizing and controlling the Inventory through defining mini/max of regular consumable items depending upon their old history of production/departmental consumption. Maintaining the documents& generating the MIS in a fully computerized ERP (RAMCO) Environment. Coordinating with excise department in Domestic sale/Export of finished.  Managing Overall Finished Goods dispatches of Moser Baer Emerging Business.
