About Dalyce Urban
I’m a Manager, Operations Process Strategy. I have the privilege to oversee and opearationalize several of the payment processes in RBC's portfolio including Wire Payments, International Money Transfers, Cross Border Banking and Foreign Exchange. I support onboarding of new initiatives, implemention and continuous improvement of our payment processes. I work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration in all of our operations. Im an advocate for change, continuous learning and am not one to shy away from a challenge. I have a passion for efficiency, process improvement and streamlining work. I absolutely love the payment space, and I can't wait to see how CeFi, DeFi, blockchain and crypto further disrupt and transform traditional banking! This is a very exciting time and we are just getting started! Buckle up and get ready for a wild ride!
