Centennial college student in his last semester of business marketing. I am currently working at McDonalds as a crew member. Handling guest complaints and taking orders. I am a part of (GEL) Guest Experience Leaders and take care of our customer satisfaction. I am awarded employee of the month 3 times and employee of the day 12 times. My major skills are managing time and working with the same spirit all day long with a smile on my face.I am a certified Microsoft Office specialist in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Moreover I have Google Ads display and Google Analytics Certifications.I am punctual, have a flexible schedule, do all my work whole heartedly and try to improve every time. I believe that no one is perfect and there is something all the time that we should learn or improve. I have interest in marketing field because I like to analyze every aspect of a problem or situation. I like dealing with new things and feel happy when I solve it or find and alternative. I have a good experience in customer service and can handle worst situations calmly. From my past experiences in customer service, I have gained knowledge about taking care of the demand of customers to maximize their satisfaction.
