In 2017 a group of friends and I started our own company called Sneaky Devs that is developing a game called Shadows of Soldiers (SoS). SoS is a 3rd person online multiplayer video game comprised of 8v8 combat, where players need to use their wits and their teammates in order to conquer on the battle field. Being the lead developer, my tasks include the following: Managing a team of 10+ located domestically and internationally, learning basic blueprints, learning how to implement APIs, developing database connections, and managing development timelines.

During my time at Lincoln Tech, my initial role revolved around automating some of the tasks IT performs such as password changes, how to set up outlook, questions about college campuses, etc. In order to automate this, I utilized Power Virtual Agents(PVA) by Microsoft. PVA allows me to create chatbot which users can access in order to answer some of the basic and repetitive questions IT had faced on a daily basis. After creating the chatbot, IT saw a 40% decrease in their overall ticket flow because these questions were not being answered through an automated process.After this the 2nd half of my journey at Lincoln Tech was learning about Sales Force. Since I had experience in creating chatbots and automating tasks with scripts, I was able to use the kills I learned to automate other processes within Sales Force which increased efficiency by 30%.

mXers Audio is a start up company a group of friends and I started in 2015. The goal of mXers Audio was to create modular headphones where you can custom parts and replace broken components without having to buy a new set. Being the Lead Engineer, my job involved researching, developing, and manufacturing the product. I've used various software and hardware such as Autodesk Inventor, 3D Printing machines, soldering machines, etc.

During my time at Best Buy I had specialized in two specific categories; Computer Sales and Sprint Mobile Specialist. During the first half of my time at Best Buy my job required me to stay up to date with technology in order to sell the correct computer to the right customer. Some of the specifications I had to memorize about PCs and their functions are: CPU, GPU, Hard Drive, Ram, Software compatibility, etc.As a Sprint Mobile Specialist, I was tasked with learning about what prices and packages Sprint and competitors offered along with have the technical capability of managing a data base and being able to technical solve issues regarding a customers device or their service. Some examples of tasks I had to do were: Accessing a customer data in order to add or remove or add users, solve technical problems on their phone such as connectivity issues, communicate with other sprint representatives on known issues, and debug customer accounts to find billing or line issues.

During my senior year in high school I tackled a problem where 131 billion pounds of food is wasted each year. That accumulates to 161 billion dollars of waste. As the leader in my Engineering Design and Development, my team and I have developed a small application that records you food and expiration of it by scanning the bar code. When you use the app is keep your food in a list item and will remind you when your food is about to expire. This app can also be used for when you are out shopping and need to remember what you have at home in your fridge.
