Current•Conducting counseling sessions for retiring employees and providing customer service explaining pension plan provisions.•Researching and analyzing pension inquiries, calculated and communicated survivor benefits.•Improving procedure manual and calculation worksheets and procedures , making it more user friendly.•Designing administrative programs that reduced redundancy, streamlined processes and improved daily operations.•Research account transactions, demonstrating a keen ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies by applying Plans’ policies.•Interface regularly with Pension Administration software vendors to ensure compliance and resolve questions.•Acting as a liaison between the area and HR-IT reviewing enhancement approaches and best practices.•Acting as the key user for all SAP HR capital projects, minor changes and incidents. •Participate in internal audits, including implementation of corrective actions.
