Change4Good is a street outreach project supporting rough sleepers, beggars and the homeless community on the streets of Manchester City Centre.

Delivering coaching and mentoring sessions to offenders within Prisons.

Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site development and advertising. Developed brand strategy and statistics systems. Improved quality systems and created policies.

Pilot program working alongside prisoners to assist them in a positive change. The program is based on the key principles and teachings of faith and spirituality.

Supervising and managing groups of Offenders during work placements in a variety of locations within the community. I work to contribute to a safer community by working effectively with offenders, other agencies and beneficiaries to reduce crime. I regularly conduct Serious Risk of Harm analysis and other risk assessments on individuals who are subject to Court Orders and attend at Court when necessary. Considered to have excellent communication and motivational skills I have been specifically chosen to develop partnerships with other organisations, charities and community groups including local Councils and the NHS. I also manage a team of Supervisors and have responsibility for their performance, supervision and development. Additionally it also my responsibility to ensure that all vehicles, equipment and facilities are regularly checked, maintained and are fit for purpose taking responsibility for the health and safety of all staff and service users.

An elected full time post within the Union. I represented the Union at a National level on behalf of 90,000+ people across the whole of the UK employed in HMRC. Extensive travelling with regular overnight stays. I was regularly involved in the successful resolution of disputes and developed and provided advice on legal, policy, human resources and health & safety.

Negotiating on behalf of 15,000 members, Chair of NW Learning Forum & Branch Secretary.

Local Administrator, responsible for my office's computer networks (approximately 400 people). Managed I.T. team and regularly updated Senior Management on complex issues.
