Responsible for the Internet of Things (IoT) / Machine-to-Machine (M2M) line of business in eir. This is a new area for eir Business and I have responsibility for the P&L associated with IoT. Responsible for managing the mobile solutions design area within eir Business. Manage resourcing on mobile opportunities; technical solution advice and formal tender responses. Managed partner company delivery of indoor repeater solutions for large office buildings and campus locations. ● Translate ideas and innovation into formal proposals and workable solutions● Help expand eircom's Mobility portfolio through FMC solutions which leverage eircom's significant fixed voice and data infrastructure and services● Create differentiation in our solutions● Filter engagement requests and manage available resources in the team● Ensure proposals and tender responses have the appropriate resources aligned and are submitted on-time

During my time as Solutions Architect, I was responsible for the technical solution design for all top tier Enterprise solutions (mobile voice, data and converged). ● Lead solutions consultant in the design of Mobile based networking solutions● Provide pre-sales consultancy and solution design support to the Major Accounts, Government and Regional sales teams● Run customer workshops and presentations● Produce winning bids and proposals● Design Authority within eircom Business for Mobile and Mobile integrated solutions offered to customers● Identify and champion enhancements and developments to eircom Business’s solution portfolio

Provided technical pre-sales support for account teams, initially in large Corporate base and then within the key Government account base. Focus on selling mobile data solutions. Represented Vodafone Ireland on the international Vodafone Group mHealth team. Deployed over 130 VoIP Gateways to Government customers, providing Vodafone with a key method for extracting fixed traffic from customer sites.● Provide Pre-Sales support to Account teams on Vodafone's mobile data product suite and bespoke customer solutions.● Achieve and exceed set targets for Vodafone’s range of data products and services within the Government and Corporate sales channel. ● Accurate pipeline management and forecasting.● Lead the corporate sales teams in the successful implementation of tailored data solutions. Provided 2nd level support for cases raised by the Vodafone Data Support desk. ● Responsible for ownership of customer issue through to resolution● Liaised directly with the customer and other stakeholders including, foreign operators, device manufacturers, Terminals testing dept, Vodafone Network Management Centre, field engineers, Incident Managers and account managers to find root cause and resolution to issues.● Provided documented feedback, training and updates to 1st line Data Support desk.Achievements Include:● Received numerous compliments from customers● Received recognition from Vodafone Business & Enterprise Dept for going above and beyond in assisting high value customers● Developed process for escalation of internal mobile email issues
