In my role as an M&A Advisory Principal for PwC in the New York Metro area, I have advised and assisted financial and strategic buyers in over 100 public and non-public deals ranging from $2 million to in excess of $25 billion. Growing up in the UK and travelling to more than 50 countries before moving to the US in 2004 has provided me with a strong international background. My global perspective has aided me when advising on UK and US, domestic and international transactions.I am a hands-on, goal-oriented partner who develops trusting, deeply valued relationships by working side by side with my clients through collaboration and open communication to build confidence and avoid surprises. I combine my ability to remain calm under pressure and a never give up attitude with an analytical and collaborative approach, bringing valuable insights to my clients as they contemplate a potential transaction.I believe in developing our next generation and have a passion to support and inspire people in the firm. I seek to encourage and challenge younger associates to improve in their work while bringing a sense of fun into every situation. Building a strong workforce allows my team to better serve our clients.I received my degree in Economics from the University of London. I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a CPA licensed in the state of New York and a CFA Charterholder. Being a father of twins brings my life into balance and provides for a different type of endurance event on the home front.
