I don't offer help. My job is to provide the right setting where leaders and teams can discover how they can help each other. During 20 years, before becoming a professional coach, I was helping clients across industries and geographies to break technical barriers and excel in their digital initiatives. In roles like Product Management, Project Management, Consulting and as a Director, I always tried to keep a no-nonsense and very pragmatic approach in order to keep things moving and projects delivered. I got my energy from Teamwork, from Leading a team of digital enthusiasts in the company I co-founded, and from helping customers to identify the right solutions for their Digital Experience initiatives and challenges.Although I know we usually focus a lot on individual talent, skills, learning and career paths, I believe the secret to success and wellbeing is not necessarily in the individuals, but mainly in the connections inbetween them. That's why I took up the new role of Coach in 2020, in order to guide individuals and teams in discovering what kind of relationship and teamwork makes sense for them, and how they want to contribute.
