After graduating in 2003, Damien joined Bouygues Travaux Publics as an Electrical and Mechanical (E&M or MEP) Engineer and has been in charge of various electrical and mechanical packages, through both commercial, design and construction stages for major infrastructure projects such as roads and tunnels. Thanks to is large experience, Damien has now an in-depth knowledge in electromechanical systems for infrastructure projects particularly in toll road systems, management of road traffic systems, fibre optics, low/mid-voltage electrical networks, lighting, pumping and ventilation.Damien has the ability to specify, develop and evaluate the cost of the M&E lots of a project during commercial and design stages. He is skilled in project management, he is able to actively manages M&E packages during the construction of complex projects ensuring that activities are planned, resourced and executed within schedule constraints. He develops, implements, and manages Testing and Commissioning strategy to ensure that the various systems fulfil all contractual obligations.Damien enjoys working in a team environment. As a team leader he provides guidance and motivation to his team in order to contribute to the success of the project. He also develops productive relationships and works effectively with all the Project parties (Owner, Concessionaire, Operator, Authorities) to ensure that the M&E works integrates well in the overall project plan.
