With over 35 years’ experience in the civil ,rail, water ,building . I have developed and demonstrated the necessary skills in the Senior management and leadership of a broad range of Civil engineering infrastructure projects .I am an experienced and capable team leader, Director of Engineering willing to take on all new challenges and opportunities using innovative problem solving techniques, and skilled motivational management style to get the best out of teams.Highly skilled negotiator with years of proven abilities and extensive experience in business procurement closing significant commercial tenders and contracts, ensuring the build ability and risk allocations are addressed, and managing with strong project governance during delivery.Continually ensuring that all business is carried out in a professional manner, I conduct my duties at the highest level and portray strong leadership while being an ambassador for my respective employer.
