Late 2001, the direction at ISA changed, and we rebranded to Adaptive Systems. My pre-sales and project analysis work increased, with us bidding for (and winning) the 'ContentSafe' Content Management System for Corrs Chambers Westgarth, the 'Recruit' recruitment management system for Downing Teal, the 'Pulse' Donation CRM for The National Heart Foundation. We also partnered with Fujitsu to win the Rego.ACT system, totally revamping, and web-enabling all rego/licensing activities within the ACT.Towards late 2004, Adaptive had settled in to having a large part of its business in servicing its existing clients, and I focussed more on managing our Issue tracking system, ensuring that bugs/enhancements were followed through, ensuring that over-time was billed for, and also spending quite a bit of time at client sites doing hardware and telecommunications installations, network audits, etc. Show less
