Successfully managed the delivery of multiple complex technology projects/solutions for the State of Wyoming’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Department of Workforce Services (DWS), Wyoming State Archives (WSA), Employee Group Insurance (EGI) and the Wyoming Livestock Board (WLSB).Using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) best practices, managed all programmatic phases and functions for the WyCAN project, a $58 million effort to modernize the Unemployment Insurance (UI) system for State of Wyoming DWS. Successfully delivered the WYUI solution, the nation’s first UI system to be fully hosted in the Government cloud, ahead of schedule and on budget. Managed all vendor activities pursuant to project statements of work, including deliverables, scope, quality and schedule parameters. Liaised with federal agencies (Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration) during security and certification assessments of WYUI and cloud hosting environments. Created and managed all project documentation, including programmatic deliverables, business requirements and performance metrics.Successfully managed a successful digital archive proof-of-concept and implementation at the WSA and custom software application builds at the WLSB and EGI.
