Responsible for implementation of demand driven operationg model in 5 plants, with monthly S&OP meetings for overview of Demand/Production/Inventory with Sales, Production and Procurement departments.2). Proposing best distribution decision based on real demand (open orders in SAP) and based on planned/real production capacities,3). Lead team of production and supply planners and improve their efficiency through demand driven trainings, and creating reports for overview of weak points in supply chain.

1). Responsible for regional production planning for 5 plants on Balkan region (Croatia, Serbia, N. Macedonia, Bulgaria) with 2 production lines in each plant.2). Coordination of sales and operational plans inside 5 plants, mid-term planning (from 6 to 12 months)3). Implementation of Demand Driven buffers in production planning.

Inđija

Main responsibilities are receiving and confirming customer orders in SAP, frequent contact with customer to ensure a high satisfaction level and managing and communicating delivery and capacity changes.

Planes and prepares production schedules for manufacturing of traffic signs, analyses production specifications and plant capacity data. Performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, prepares production reports, lists of required materials, tools and equipment. Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management for all finished and half finished goods, and optimization of inventory parameters and levels. Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions.

Belgrade

Worked on studies, projects and researches in a field of improving traffic safety near school zones, rail-road crossings.Designed general projects of temporary and permanent traffic signalization. Execution works on the installation of traffic signalization.
