The Lab was developed to be a separate department in the Quadriga organisation to generate the perfect environment to create innovative products and new business models for digitalization and communities with focus on personal and professional development. We already founded a Tech Institute and a smart business network. As the Team Lead, I have been responsible for - Recruiting and putting a team together for the lab - Building and structuring a workflow in the team to fit the agile way of working - Structuring the digital setup within the Lab to handle different projects and separate businesses - Keeping progress in the different projects and maintaining the continuous effort on contributions - Making sure that everyone was aligned with the various deliverables, goals and deadlines - Finding partnerships to collaborate on design, development and more Due to the coronavirus and the impact of businesses it’s necessary to focus on our core business and we unfortunately had to close down the Lab.

Won Won is a brand and design agency in Denmark working with B2B and B2C customers. I was responsible for running and managing projects with an eye for finances, development opportunities in the project, strategy, the creative level, deadlines. I was the link between customer and agency as well as finding the best team for the project. Today, the Kaufmann Group consists of the stores qUINT and qUINTESS - clothing for young people and Kaufmann and Axel, who sell menswear and brands from the largest fashion houses in the world.
