Beginning as a Shotfirer Assistant, I entered the industry with a hunger for learning and growth. Through dedication and continuous learning, I progressed to Senior Shotfiring, Blast Design and Blast Controller roles, honing my skills and expertise along the way. Today, I serve as a Drill & Blast Co-Ordinator and Contracts Supervisor, where I leverage my extensive experience to drive innovation, mentor newcomers, collaborate with engineers, manage contractors, and ensure the seamless execution of operations. Additionally, I meticulously maintain Drill Prep standards and deadlines to uphold mine scheduling integrity while ensuring a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
