In my professional career I have:- taught in several different countries (Australia, UK, Austria, Italy and Japan) - created a chilli sauce brand reaching the shelves of Coles, IGA, Butchers and Delis- succeeded, failed and broke even on numerous business ventures- establishes and developed a character building, leadership, wellbeing and team building consultancy based on my varied life and business experience.I am passionate about combining my love of people and business and channeling this energy through my company Character Builders. As a character development, leadership and team building consultancy Character Builders has made tremendous contributions to so many people’s wellbeing over the past decade. Our collaboration with staff and many clients of all ages and backgrounds has seen growth and success for the Character Group.The idea of the inner-child is one of my happiest thoughts. I love the quote: 'What one's mind creates, one's character can control'. With these thoughts in mind this vibrant consultancy strives to release the inner child and grow strength in character in all of the wonderful people we work with.Through education in schools and now the world beyond the classroom my team and I have culminated a variety of character building experiences into real transferable offerings that can be enjoyed through a blend of educational settings. We share experiences not only in schools, offices and boardrooms but also in vast and beautiful landscapes of the CBD, beach, forest, mountains and bush.
