• Answering initial calls from a vast array of customers• Attempt first time fix’s on any issues• Using VPN’s to dial into customers systems to assist• Having a vast knowledge of computers systems such as, Chameleon for Itim, Sinqua and Sprint for YP electronics and a vast array of different third parties for the Keltec service desk.• Working with other team members to supply to best customer service possible, • Controlling an implementing priority of call handling• Ensuring the constant flow of communication between customer and service desk representatives via email and calls.

Working within a small close-knit team, this role involves erecting fencing for both the commercial and domestic market, which includes metal palisade fencing, metal gates, wooden feather board panels either with concrete posts or wooden posts, wooden gates in additional to many other aspects of fence erecting.Responsibilities include:• Working at many exhibitions across the country and abroad, construction marquees, walkways, interior and exterior decking areas with balustrades • Frequently driving across the country, involves myself driving a three and a half tonne truck• Serving and using machinery• Working to tight deadlines• Finishing projects to the highest standards
