• Developed and implemented a Residential Experience Model designed to create intentional interactions with each resident while supporting them in accomplishing their goals through participation in programs offered• Advise Hall Government and Area Council on the creation of community wide programs dedicated to creating social, educational, and service based experiences• Participate in on-call rotation responding to student crises in order to ensure safety and security of residents• Adjudicate cases of student misconduct assigning appropriate sanctions to educate students on the impact of their actions and encourage healthy decision making• Supervise staff of 11 Resident Assistants focused on building community through intentional interactions• Manage two separate budgets, of more than $50,000 total, used to create purposeful programming opportunities for an area of 480 students• Supervise a front desk staff of 34 undergraduate students dedicated to providing excellent customer service around equipment rental, key checkout and daily operations
