I love technology! I was that kid who stayed after school playing around with computers, embracing the early days of the world wide web. Those early days sparked a fire within that's defined my career as an unashamed geek with a passion for all things digital! (I mean, how many people do you know enjoy collecting computer books from the past 50 years! #nerd)My career has seen me wear many different senior hats;🎩 As a product owner I've worn the business top hat, becoming the customer to truly understand and deliver their needs. I love supporting at all levels from c-suite management to getting down and dirty with project delivery teams; steering, supporting, mentoring and motivating (I have been known to write and perform a song to raise moral!)🪖 As a test manager I've worn the technical beret, breaking software (that's testing it to the non-tester). Nothing made me happier than taking a (metaphorical) hammer to a program, smashing it, turning it upside down, inside out, and then and only then would it get my seal of approval (disclaimer: no software was harmed in the making of innovation)🧢 As a project manager I've worn the flat cap, hands on wheeling and dealing to keep the plates spinning and deliver the goodsWhichever hat I wear, I'm always passionate about delivering 110%!Anyway, enough about hats, what are my key Jedi skills and qualities I bring to the table;✅ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: I build and support strong lasting relationships by inspiring trust, leading by example and ensuring the buck always stops with me.✅ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: I'm always on the lookout to solve the next problem! I once completed a #100DaysOfCode challenge learning Python to solve a data analysis problem!✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Whether it’s painting a picture for a customer, delivering a (non-BS) story to the exec or talking technical with a developer, I juggle hats to fit the audience (dam I mentioned hats again!).✅ 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: I like working on my own but I love working in a team.
