With over 10 years of experience in the drainage industry, I am the Jetting and CCTV Manager at IWJS,Derby, one of the UK's leading providers of drainage and wastewater solutions. I have extensive knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining different types of equipment and vehicles, such as mainline CCTV vans, Vanpacks, JHL/Whale Jetvac’s and Recyclers.My core competencies include ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations, providing excellent customer service, solving complex problems, and improving operational efficiency and performance. My mission is to lead and support my team to achieve outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
