Working for one of Australia's leading Superannuation Funds, this is a unique role within the Risk environment with a heavy focus on system administration - managing the online Risk platform. Under a transformation banner, this requires astute understanding of the varying demands of stakeholders across the Risk landscape, to deliver a system design that meets requirements whilst standing firm on the twin goals of simplification and accessibility.This role has given me a chance to further refine on my change management skills and technical capabilities.

Formed and led a unique multi-disciplinary team, which was tasked with managing the company's data integrity alert monitoring platform. Team functions included gathering business requirements, software development and testing. The team's success soon led to a doubling in size from 3 to 6 direct reports, as our mandate was expanded to include other key functions such as rectification of complex data errors and expanding the reporting capability of the platform. Fostered a high-performance culture, promoted autonomy and positive stakeholder management across the team.
