Executive Officer (New Business And Development)Viridian Housing 2005 - 2008London, United KingdomI was the programme manager for the Viridian new homes building and sales programme, ensuring that the Project Managers were able to meet the cost and quality targets set internally and by government regulators. In addition I led on the strategic exit of the organisation form the Liverpool area, in a project spanning two years. Achievements• Procured, implemented and was business lead for SDS Sequel, used to project manage the delivery of our new homes building programme of up to 630 homes with a value of £60m at any one time. The cashflow management capability provided by the system was crucial in meeting our lenders and regulators financial reporting requirements.• Project managed one of the most complex ever sales of tenanted social housing in the UK, involving 1,800 homes, offices and development sites to nine purchasers for a return of £60m.• Developed the development team performance framework including all KPI’s, monthly performance reports and reports to our regulators.
