I have had an "Organic" rise in my CPG career. Working first in Family owned Pacific Northwest Grocery Chains Olsons and Haggen(the original). From Box Boy to Store Manager. Next I worked for the Food Brokers Bromar and Marketing Specialists. From Sales Rep to Operations Manager. I worked 15 years at the Food Manufacturer ConAgra Foods where all my skills came together managing Brokers to produce dedicated retail teams that executed team priorities for brand share growth and ROI. I worked at Darigold as the Retail Sales Manager building a profitable and sustainable dedicated retail team as well as managing Brokers and the Military Channel. I worked for Kroger/QFC in receiving/supply chain and most recently at K&Ns USA as the Western Region Manager. I have a strong work ethic, am self motivated, clever, flexible and adaptable with the ability to change as the situation dictates. I have completed dozens of training programs in Sales Leadership, Finance, Presentation Skills and Team Motivation in my career and have a thirst for knowledge of the industry and technology.
