CurrentSr. Claims Leader – Minneapolis St. Paul, MN *Successfully provide overall strategic direction for regional P+C claims teams*Partner closely with operations, sales and marketing partners within the corporate segment to align and roll out key strategies *Sound decision making and problem solving abilities that range from immediate operational to long term strategic decisions*Establish strong cross-functional relationships with other internal groups such as HR, Sr. Claims Managers, CRM, Process Leaders*Manage team on fraud related processes to increase investigation penetration of fraudulent claims activities*Accountable for over 20,000 customers satisfaction and over 50M dollars annually. *Responsible for all operational planning, staffing, leadership, call management, customer service, work environment and performance management in the region and branch. *Consistently achieve exceeds ratings in work environment, efficiency indicators, leadership, and quality measures that directly improve bottom line*Elected member of Executive Leadership Advisory Board which works with other zone leaders to collaborate together to ensure all areas of new process decisions are value added and successfully implemented. *Developed and lead cost reduction initiatives that decreased legal and IME costs*Excellent marketing communication and planning skills, on both strategic and tactical levels*Superb record of execution *Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions*Ability to communicate persuasively and tactfully with all levels of Sr. management, co-workers, and customers, in written and verbal forms*Promoted from within to Regional/Community Manager*Comprehensive understanding of auto, motorcycle, medical, PIP, bodily injury, medical fraud, insurance fraud and all aspects of Property and Casualty claims.
