Responsible for day to day operations of a medium size production cabinet shop. Dan started as Employee #2 and built a team from scratch. Upon onboarding Havern Cabinetry was making and installing 20 kitchens per year. By 2011 Havern Cabinetry was averaging 230 Kitchens per year.
