I have worked in the lettings industry for over 12 years now, where I have managed a team within a busy and highly successful office in Bingley. Over the years, I have grown the office to be one of the biggest lettings agents in the area where I have gained and maintained No1 market share within Bingley and surrounding areas.It has been a challenging 12 years with the constant changes to legislation, the tenant fee ban and market trends. I have however, thoroughly enjoyed every minute where I have managed to grow the business even further and overcome every obstacle thrown in my direction. I do love a good challenge and I look forward to more opportunities for further more. I am proud to say that we have won Gold in the British Property Awards for being the best letting agent in Bingley and have done so for 3 years in a row. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and I do like to dabble in DIY as well as property development. I also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and their cuisines.
