I took up the role of customer service advisor through an agency and have been made permanent since. My role entails delivering the best customer service to education, early years, care and community customers. I take orders over the phone as well as keying orders sent by e-mail, post and fax. My role also entails chasing deliveries with our couriers and.

I assist with the running of the Hyundai Coupe Cup, alongside series principal Jon Winter. I manage the social media, media and assist with PR elements of the series.I have cleaned up the Facebook page, along with creating a Twitter and Instagram account for the series. The series now also has a media & spotter guide, which is given to all circuit.
