Part of the Apprenticeship Onboarding team ensuring that learners, employers and assessors, have assistance through the onboarding of apprentices and that the process is as efficient as possible. I also take part in industry events, helping to spread the word on apprenticeships and what we can offer.My main tasks, are working alongside my specialist Business Relationship Manager on their area of expertise, and assisting the other members of the Onboarding Admin team, Student Recruitment Consultants and other Business Relationship Managers where required to deliver a world class experience.

The Clerk of the Course has overall responsibility for the general conduct and control of an event in accordance with the Regulations, Programme and Organising Permit. As such, they act as the sport’s first judicial body, having the power to impose penalties in accordance with the regulations.The Clerk of the Course may be nominated by the organisers of the event to the requirements of Motorsport UK, who may require certain Clerks of the Course to be licensed Officials.As a Senior Official, they liaise closely with the Steward(s) throughout the event to ensure its safe running.I started as an Assistant Clerk Of The Course in May 2022. In January 2024, I passed my first assessment and have been upgraded to a Deputy Clerk Of The Course

I am currently racing in the BRSCC Clubsport TrophyI was awarded the AVO Rookie Of The Year award in my first season of racing in 2014 in the Hyundai Coupe Cup, showing I have potential to go further in the sport. Downforce Radio named me the 3rd best club racer in the country in 2015, after another great season which saw me finish 3rd in the Coupe Cup, taking two wins and being part of the class winning team in the Birkett Six Hour at Silverstone GP.I switched to Mazda MX5's in 2018, winning the GT150 class of the Nippon Challenge, in my first season of rear wheel drive. I raced in the 5 Club MX-5 Cup in 2019 and 2020 finishing in the top ten of the championship in both seasons. This season has seen me race in the BRSCC MX-5 Clubman Championship's inaugural season and I have been a front runner, finishing in fourth place in the championship.Endurance and GT racing is something I would love to get involved with in the future.

Temporary office manager for one of South West's leading drainage companies. Was in charge of the reactive side of the business. Role included booking and maintaining the engineers diaries, administration with finance, invoicing, maintaining office e-mails including contact form requests, taking calls from domestic and commercial companies for urgent blockages and other drainage emergencies.

I was selected as part of the Aldershot Town Media Academy for the 12/13 season, whilst I was at university. I conducted interviews with club staff and sponsors for the matchday programme.I was asked to continue on with the role for the 13/14 season under the club's new ownership. I wrote the away section and also took on one of the main features of the programme, doing the centre page player interviews. I have been writing the away section on the programmes ever since and have been doing this for over nine years.

I was previously one of the commentator's for Racespot TV. Racespot TV comes from some of the people I worked with at Glacier TV. Glacier TV were a Finland based sim racing broadcast company. Glacier TV broadcasted live races from the premium based IRacing service.I commentated for Glacier TV starting in August 2012, on a wide spectrum of races from short sprint races to long endurance races. The longest broadcast I have worked on was a three hour GT endurance race. I have worked in both roles of lead and co commentator. I have commentated on Glacier TV with Liam Jenkins who has gone on to be the co-commentator for the 2014 British GT championship. Commentary is something that I really enjoy doing and I hope to be able to take further.Upon Racespot TV's formation I was asked to be part of their commentary team. In recent years, I have been a panellist and commentator for Downforce Radio in the past year. Broadcast media is an area I really enjoy. I commentated with Jake Sanson at Rockingham during it's final season.During lockdown, I commentated on various high level sim racing series including the Power Maxed Racing touring car championship

I took up the role of customer service advisor through an agency and have been made permanent since. My role entails delivering the best customer service to education, early years, care and community customers. I take orders over the phone as well as keying orders sent by e-mail, post and fax. My role also entails chasing deliveries with our couriers and suppliers to ensure our customers are getting the best and efficient service from the start of their order to it being delivered.I am developing new skills in my job and no phone call is the same. There is also a degree of conflict resolution in the role as there can be times when customers are unhappy and you need to work positively and professionally with the customer to get a satisfactory outcome even in hard situations. Working in a busy contact centre environment, teamwork and being supportive of your colleagues is a big part of the success of the job as well, so being approachable, friendly and enthusiastic are key attributes.

I assist with the running of the Hyundai Coupe Cup, alongside series principal Jon Winter. I manage the social media, media and assist with PR elements of the series.I have cleaned up the Facebook page, along with creating a Twitter and Instagram account for the series. The series now also has a media & spotter guide, which is given to all circuit commentators and other media staff at the races. Video production of race weekend highlight videos, to go on YouTube and our other social media channels is something I have also been involved in.I do this on a voluntary basis to help Jon and to have the experience of working as part of a series management team. This adds to my other motorsport roles having previously worked as a team media officer, a driver media representative and a PA to a racing driver. I would like to be able to establish a career in motorsport and feel these experiences will help me towards this goal.

Having worked with 18-year-old Ant Whorton-Eales at Westbourne Motorsport in 2012, I chose to carry on working with him after he left the team. 2013 sees Ant move to the Scuderia Vittoria team.2012 saw an exciting year for Ant with him being awarded the BRDC Rising Star and accepted onto the Jason Plato backed KX Akademy for the 2013 season. Ant also did very well on track, finishing in 2nd place in the Renault Clio Cup Rookie Cup.2013 sees new challenges and I accepted a new role as personal assistant. The role is a lot more expansive than other work I have done in motorsport. Previously I was purely involved with just media and PR.I am still heavily involved in this but have also expanded to sponsorship and general interests with Ant. Working alongside his dedicated team, I will be helping to expand the Ant Whorton-Eales brand. I am in close communication with Ant, his family, team, management and sponsors to enhance Ant's bright career further wherever possible. Press Releases, PR, Social Media, Sponsor Relations and communication are key areas of the job.At the end of the 2013 season, me and Ant decided that it would be better for him if somebody more local could take over. It would be more beneficial to him to have regular face to face contact with somebody, which I was unable to commit to.

I worked at Center Parcs at the Longleat Forest site for two and a half years. During my time at the company, I took on different roles all with the same goal to enhance productivity, efficiency, and help the company gain profits. It was also during this spell of employment, that I started to develop skills that I have found crucial and still use to this day.I started off working in a busy sports bar, behind the bar and helping with food orders. In peak times it could be exceptionally busy, which helped me with time management and working under intense pressure along with customer relations and problem solving.I also worked at Leisure Bowl which was a combination of a bowling alley and a cocktail bar. I learnt how to flair and other bar tricks and was a completely different environment to what I had previously worked in. Leisure Bowl was a lot more relaxed and less intense and I found that the interaction with the customers was a lot more important, as you spent more time interacting with them and if you were a friendly face and could have a conversation with them, it was likely they would spend more time there as they felt comfortable.My final role at Center Parcs was in the F&B Stores. I found this role very rewarding and teamwork was crucial. It involved taking in deliveries, restocking the stores and picking/delivering req's for all of the restaurants on park with both food and liquor.
