One of my passions is creating delicious food for my friends and family. Our friends and family have enjoyed the creations that come off the grill, so at their suggestion we formed a competition BBQ team. Being in the Kansas City metro home of American Royal and over 100 area competitions we get test our skills against some of the best BBQ cooks in the country. When I am not cooking BBQ I also Judge Competition BBQ.
