Dan Bowens is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Async-Nu Microsystems (Async-Nu). He has over Thirty (30) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and over Twenty-Five (25) of experience in Federal Contracting. He has worked with most of the United States (US) federal intelligence agencies. Dan is responsible for the day-to-day operation and contract negotiations for Async-Nu.He has a Bachelors of Administration Degree in Business Administration and Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Technology.Responsible for:• Direct Corporate Mission • Strategic Direction• Contract Negotiations• Direct Corporate Policies & ProceduresAsync-Nu Microsystems is a federal prime contractor and possess a Top Secret Facility clearance.
