Our weekend news team was awarded the NY Emmy Award for Weekend Newscast for this coverage, where I was the lead anchor.In 2020, I won a NY Emmy in the Crime News category for my Tape Room investigation into an unsolved murder in New Jersey. In 2018, I was part of a team at WNYW that won a New York Emmy for a special report on Autism. I also write and help produce FOX5's Emmy-nominated series, Jazz Stories.I've helped launch three other Emmy-nominated series at Ch5: The Big Idea, FOXDocs, and FOXFilms.Prior to working at Fox 5 in New York City, I worked at WRAL-TV in Raleigh, NC, where I won two Regional Emmy Awards.
