I then became a shareholder in May 2004 as Divisional Director for the new division in the North. (We always covered everything south of Birmingham previously) My hard work and dedication paid off and I was then promoted to Sales Director in 2005 managing the entire sales for the business UK wide. My day to day responsibilities include managing 2 Business Development Managers, 2 Senior Consultants, 5 Recruitment Consultants and a Trainee Consultant. A key part of my position involves key account management, directing the sales, client relations, managing tenders and PSL's with large organisations and driving the business through testing and challenging times. I have an immense amount of pride at the way Courtney Smith Group have developed into the leading choice for sales professionals in the construction sector.

Selling the Hep20 system as well as above and below ground plastic products. My customer base was national & independent merchants like Jewson, Plumb Center, Graham, PTS, PlumbCo, Gibbs & Dandy, as well as medium to large contractors and house builders across Herts, Beds, Bucks, Northants, N + W London. I managed a sales ledger of £6.5m turnover.

Selling MOT Type 1, different types of aggregates, sand & shingle into civil engineers, contractors and utility companies across Essex and North London. Responsible for the Harwich depot including stock levels of the materials.
