Create & manage an on-boarding process, documents and protocols for new members of the team to follow. Mentor new starter coaches addressing their actions, relationships & presence around the clubs. Develop & instill team & cultural values, helping maintain a positive & progressive workplace. Create a platform for development which sits alongside coaches appraisals enabling their growth in a clear pathway. Create business development opportunities & help coaches to structure their perceived free time. Hold quarterly catch ups & appraisals with members of the team to discuss their progression & ideas.
