When people realize their value and significance in the organization, everything falls into place. This philosophy has served me well throughout my career and originated with my time in the military. As part of the leadership team, I ensure the logistics and supply chain run smoothly and efficiently, enabling Benelli USA to meet its goals and serve its customers.Training, cross-training, helping our team members identify their strengths, and building their skill sets are among the most gratifying outcomes of my role. We hire locally, so we also support families and the communities where we live, and this sets us apart and continues to define our corporate culture.In 2020, I served as the general contractor for a 20,000-square-foot addition to our current building. We contributed meaningfully to the local community by working with the local government and hiring only local contractors. Working to ensure we met deadlines and budgets, we completed this project within nine months of breaking ground. Focusing on people means I'm also focused on culture and ensuring we align with the core values that define Benelli USA.
